Eagle Pathway is a Christian based mentoring program that provides resources for youth and single mothers who have experienced foster care or homelessness. Their Tiny Home Communities will house youth who have aged out of foster care between the ages of 18 to 24 years old and their child. They currently have a resource center in Mesa where those in crisis can go to receive free food boxes, resources, education, life skills, clothing and more.
