Your contribution is invested carefully in programs proven to work. Mesa United Way focuses on three areas of need: Health, Education, and Financial Stability. We do this by partnering with community partners, both public and private to identify needs and identify solutions. Our main fundraising method is the United Way Workplace Campaign. We ask individuals to consider donating a small portion of their check each payday to a general fund that is given to local nonprofits to ensure the work of taking care of those in need is continued in the most effective ways possible.
We use community volunteers to make the funding decisions and as a result, the community gets to decide what the most important issues in our community are at any given time. This is truly your United Way.
