City of Mesa, Open Air:
The Mesa Open Air program is designed to temporarily allow businesses the ability to expand their services to outdoor areas normally used for other purposes while keeping the outdoor space’s safety features intact. Establishments can provide greater social distancing, reduce indoor gathering, and help limit the spread of COVID-19. The request for approval will be processed in just a few short days.

City of Mesa, Emergency Rental and Utility Assistance Program:
The City of Mesa Rental and Utility Assistance Program provides financial assistance to households financially impacted by COVID for rent and utility assistance to prevent eviction and homelessness.
Financing Programs for SBA 504 Loans:
The 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act includes a new refinancing program for SBA 504 loans, which are long-term, fixed-rate loans of up to $5 million for major fixed assets that promote business growth and job creation.
