From Mesa PD:
On October 16, 2020, seven people including adults and children were injured as result of gunfire in the area of Dobson and Guadalupe. Tragically, one of those children, 1-year-old Sebastian Duran lost his life. The investigation into this matter is still ongoing and Chief Ken Cost has requested the public’s assistance in providing any information that will lead to the arrest of those responsible for this horrific act. The Mesa Police Department has partnered with Silent Witness and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) to offer a reward for information provided in this matter that leads to the arrest of those involved.
Many people from our community have reached out to contribute to this cause. We are appreciative of their desire to help us get the information we need to ensure justice is done in this case.

Sgt. Rothschild will explain the process and provide you the necessary documentation to ensure your contribution is added to the reward in this case. Any amount that is contributed and not awarded will be returned to the donor or can be applied to other awards if desired.
