    REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR:  EMPLOYEE BENEFITS CONSULTING SERVICES
     
    RESPONSE DUE DATE AND TIME: AUGUST 5, 2021 – 3:00 P.M. LOCAL ARIZONA TIME
     
    Notice is hereby given sealed responses will be received by the Purchasing Division, City of Mesa, until the date and time cited above. Responses received by the correct date and time will be opened publicly and read aloud by the Purchasing Division’s Procurement Administrator (or designated representative).

    Please read the entire Solicitation package and submit the proposal in accordance with the instructions.  This document (less this invitation and the instructions) and any required response documents, attachments, and submissions will constitute the proposal.
    Proposals must be in the actual possession of the Purchasing Division Office submitted electronically, on or prior to the exact date and time indicated above. Late submittals shall not be considered under any circumstances.
     
    The City anticipates that the following schedule will apply:
     
    Issue Request for Proposal July 8, 2021
    Submittal of Questions Due Date July 22, 2021, by 3:00 p.m. Arizona time
    City of Mesa Response to Questions July 28, 2021
    Proposal Due Date August 5, 2021, by 3:00 p.m. Arizona time
    Finalist(s) Notification(s) and Request for Best and Final Offers (BAFO) – if applicable August 12, 2021
    BAFO Due Date August 18, 2021
    Anticipated Finalist Interview(s) August 30, 2021
    Anticipated Date of Award Recommendation September 8, 2021
    Contract Effective Date January 1, 2022
