    REQUEST FOR BID FOR:  GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL
    BID DUE DATE AND TIME:  MAY 25, 2021 – 3:00 P.M. LOCAL ARIZONA TIME
    Notice is hereby given sealed bids excluding price will be received by the Purchasing Division, City of Mesa, until the date and time cited above. Bids received by the correct date and time will be opened publicly and read aloud by the Purchasing Division’s Procurement Administrator (or designated representative).
    Vendors who submit responses to the solicitation to provide gasoline and diesel fuel will be qualified by the City and will be invited to participate in a Reverse Auction starting at: 2:00 P.M., Local Arizona Time, June 9, 2021.

    The pre-bid conference provides interested parties an opportunity to discuss the City's needs and ask questions.
    Vendor Questions are due to purchasing by 11:00 am May 17, 2021.
    Please read the entire Solicitation package and submit the bid in accordance with the instructions.  This document (less this invitation and the instructions) and any required response documents, attachments, and submissions will constitute the bid.
    Bids must be in the actual possession of the Purchasing Division Office submitted electronically, on or prior to the exact date and time indicated above. Late submittals shall not be considered under any circumstances.
