    Notice is hereby given sealed responses will be received by the Purchasing Division, City of Mesa, until the date and time cited above. Responses received by the correct date and time will be opened publicly and read aloud by the Purchasing Division’s Procurement Administrator (or designated representative).

    City of Mesa response to questions April 6, 2021 by 5:00 p.m. local Arizona time
    Proposal Due Date April 13, 2021 by 3:00 p.m. local Arizona time
    Tentative Interviews/Demonstrations (if necessary) Week of May 10th 2021

    Location:  This meeting is a video conference and will be held via Microsoft Teams

    Please read the entire Solicitation package and submit the proposal in accordance with the instructions.  This document (less this invitation and the instructions) and any required response documents, attachments, and submissions will constitute the proposal.
    Proposals must be in the actual possession of the Purchasing Division Office submitted electronically, on or prior to the exact date and time indicated above. Late submittals shall not be considered under any circumstances.
