    This Request for Proposal is seeking Contractors to provide the same or better services as in-force today, with a high level of customer service, administrative efficiency, regulatory compliance, effective use of technology/financial instruments and at a cost-effective price point.

    Mesa has begun transitioning its solicitation opportunities to Vendor Self-Service (VSS). Currently, Bid Opportunities may reside in one of two locations (Open Solicitation or VSS). Eventually, all solicitations will be posted to VSS.  Future solicitations will require vendors to register in VSS to be able to submit responses. In order to receive notifications about upcoming solicitations, vendors will need to be registered for Commodity Codes that apply to them. Vendors not currently registered will want to complete registration at their earliest convenience.
