June 2026 Executive Director’s Report Summary
Mesa Gateway Airport Authority (MGAA)
Mesa Gateway Airport continues to experience strong growth and financial success, reporting its sixth consecutive month of record financial performance. April 2026 generated more than $1 million in net operating income, and FY2026 has already become the strongest fiscal year in the airport’s history. Revenues increased significantly, driven largely by higher fuel sales, rental car activity, and concession revenue.

While high fuel prices are affecting airline schedules, the airport continues to expand its facilities, attract investment, and strengthen its role as a major economic engine for the East Valley and greater Phoenix region.
