Mesa Chamber Business in Education Foundation

 

The Mesa Chamber Business in Education Foundation serves as the resource for the Chamber's business community to engage in growing and supporting individuals and organizations that would like to start a business or learn more about business in Mesa, AZ.

Mesa Leadership and Development Program

The Foundation's core program is Mesa Leadership, a program to create a deeper understanding of Mesa from a business, nonprofit and municipal view.

The Foundation also coordinates programming cultivating entrepreneur activity through several educational programs, including

  • Green Flag Mesa, an incubator and business education partnership in concert with Mesa Community College
  • The App Boutique, a practical business education program for students that are learning to code smart phone and other apps.
  • Support of the the Technopreneur certification offered by Mesa Community College.
  • Mesa Veterans Program initiatives such as scholarships and business education opportunities for the veteran community.
  • Support for programs and response efforts to challenges that impact our education community, such as mental health awareness.

Acting in concert with the Chamber's Mesa Financial Network committee, the Foundation also supports the Capital Opportunity initiative, a program to educate and help small business access the knowledge and capital needed to grow.
