Aging and Healthcare Committee Meeting Summary June 2022
Recently, the Aging and Healthcare Committee met at the Mesa Chamber.
The committee discussed the launch of a new dementia resources webpage, allowing our community to stay engaged and up to date with the latest information and resources they need regarding dementia. On this webpage, the community would also be able to access a variety of blogs, including subject-matter expert blogs.

Similarly, the committee discussed the importance of mental health in our community. From our youth to our elderly, it is something that can affect anyone. The committee discussed the planning progress for a planned concert featuring Alex Boyé later this year to raise awareness of suicide prevention.
