The Non-Profit Vitality Council (NPVC) met this past June 14th. Chaired by Rachel Caballero from TruWest Credit Union, she opened the meeting with a presentation covering information about some of the financial challenges of our community members.

Following the presentation, the group showed concern in communicating existing and future resources to the public so that people can better prepare themselves, such as free services for financial literacy.

The committee also engaged in an exercise organized by Chamber liaison Myke Tripp, Director of membership benefits for the Mesa Chamber. In that exercise, attendees discussed why they attended the meeting, and topics they would be interested in seeing be addressed moving forward.

Join us for our next NPVC meeting on July 12th from 4PM – 5PM.
